Development

The employees of Ergo-Design are very excited about their freedom to schedule their work week, in working partially from home and variety thanks to different projects and clients. This way, everyone can find an optimal balance between work and private life, challenges and entertainment.

New employees are guided by experienced colleagues in the implementation of projects and following the Ergo-Design approach. Standards that have been determined based on years of experience are key to this. In consultation, we determine for each employee which skills need to be further developed. This is recorded and monitored in a personal development plan. So we will continue being an attractive professional service provider for our clients.
