Using the FARO 3D-Laserscanner LS880 HE80 we make 3D-scans
of your: buildings, heating / ventilation and air conditioning
systems, transport and conveyor systems, manufacturing plant,
process plant.
Scanning is possible both indoors and outdoors because of our custimized mobility equipment.
Modelling Services
On the basis of the scans, we create the 3D-CAD models. To
ensure a seamless reapplication of the models in your system,
we use your predefined CAD system with its appropriate applications
as well as our FARO Scene Software. The result is a 3D model
of your buildings, plant and equipment and installations.
Systematic Layout Planning Services
The scans can be used directly to determine variations and
to carry out collision checks and tests on installations and
extensions. Through interfacing with 3D-CAD systems we provide
complementary Systematic Layout Planning and Process Design
services for the manufacturing & assembly industry.
Factory reference Grid
Fixed measurement bolts create a reproducible grid for all
Measurement and Positioning Tasks in the factory. They enable
accurate 3D-Laserscanning as well as the easy positioning
of factory equipment.
